Brochu Walker is an LA based womens' luxury collection influenced by European design, but with a warm and naturalist Californian sensibility. UMBRELLA was tasked with elevating Brochu Walker's branding and tastefully amplifying its voice in the crowded women's ready to wear market.

UMBRELLA approached the challenge with a clear directive: to cultivate a robust online community that seamlessly translates into online sales, and developed a comprehensive 360-degree digital strategy, incorporating various channels such as organic social media, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and paid social advertising. Each component of the strategy was meticulously crafted to synergize and maximize brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms.
ApproachA critical aspect of UMBRELLA's approach was to first understand the essence of the Brochu Walker brand and its target audience. Drawing from these learnings, UMBRELLA embarked on a journey to visually redefine the Brochu Walker brand. This included producing a photoshoot aimed at elevating the brand's imagery to reflect the collection's distinct sensibility and quality.
A significant milestone in UMBRELLA's collaboration with Brochu Walker was the launch of their first paid social campaign on Meta platforms. The immediate success of these efforts was evident, with Brochu Walker experiencing a remarkable 125% increase in revenue and a notable 71% boost in conversion rates, well surpassing industry averages. Notably, the paid social campaign delivered an exceptional sixfold return on ad spend (ROAS) within the first six months, firmly establishing the program's profitability from its inception.

Content Strategy & Influencer Marketing
To implement a cohesive messaging across all customer facing channels, UMBRELLA provided strategic guidance on refining Brochu Walker's email marketing strategy, focusing on aspects such as tone of voice and creative content to enhance conversion rates and open rates. Complementing these efforts was the launch of an influencer marketing campaign “Life in Brochu Walker”, further refining the perception of the "Brochu Walker woman" while exposing the brand to a broader audience, particularly in the luxury segment.
