junior account executive
We are looking for a motivated account manager with excellent taste who will be responsible for creating, executing and driving innovative and cost effective digital marketing strategies and plans for our clients. The ideal candidate would have 1-2+ years in social media/digital marketing and proven experience in developing creative social partnerships and promotions while engaging in an authentic way through all social media channels.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
Develop and own the implementation of the overall social media marketing strategy and components to support 360 marketing plans that support weekly launches, monthly/quarterly stories and increase brand awareness.
Conceptualize and develop compelling content that is original to each platform to drive engagement and build the brand lifestyle in the digital space.
Manage client's social media profiles daily and monitor comments and respond appropriately across all digital platforms. Identify and manage internal resources to assist with responses when appropriate.
Develop measurement tools, establish KPI's and benchmarks for measuring impact of social media efforts in order to determine campaign effectiveness. Report monthly results and key data to leadership team and stakeholders.
Secure digital press coverage if/when appropriate.
Develop influencer/blogger partnership strategy to orchestrate gifting programs, sponsored posts, events and press previews in order to secure online influencer engagement.
Stay abreast of key industry trends, competitive insights and emerging social media/marketing/e-commerce technologies and benchmark and research competitor and industry leaders in social media.
Constantly explore and evaluate new social platforms, tools, services and vendors and provide recommendations.
1-2+ years experience in digital marketing or fashion and a solid understanding of and actively engaged in using social media platforms (i.e.Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat etc.)
Must have a Bachelor's degree. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or equivalent preferred.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of the principles of advertising, marketing and digital media.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Photography, graphic design skills highly preferred.
Well-versed in digital media and social media metrics and monitoring tools.
Strategic thinker willing to push the envelope and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life.
Proactive problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate obstacles and also quickly generate alternate solutions/ideas and change course as needed.
Entrepreneurial - able to deal with ambiguity and work with little or no direction.
Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented.
Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities and multiple projects.
Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach; personable and flexible with demands and changes in business.
