Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated marketing manager to focus on fashion, lifestyle, and consumer clients. Individual must be high creative, analytical, a strong writer, takes initiative, detailed oriented and a persistent drive for success. An ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing including social media, email marketing, e-commerce and paid media.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Develop and own the implementation of the overall social media marketing strategy and components to support 360 marketing plans that support weekly launches, monthly/quarterly stories and increase brand awareness.

  • Build and optimize campaigns using the Facebook Business Manager.

  • Create daily reports for media spend and performance and strategize to meet each client’s business goals.

  • Own day-to-day execution of email marketing campaigns; including creative briefing, feedback process, production, audience definition, asset delivery, QA and deployment.

  • Conceptualize and develop compelling content that is original to each platform to drive engagement and build the brand lifestyle in the digital space.

  • Manage client's social media profiles daily and monitor comments and respond appropriately across all digital platforms. Identify and manage internal resources to assist with responses when appropriate.

  • Develop measurement tools, establish KPI's and benchmarks for measuring impact of social media efforts in order to determine campaign effectiveness.

  • Stay abreast of key industry trends, competitive insights and emerging social media/marketing/e-commerce technologies and benchmark and research competitor and industry leaders in social media.

  • Constantly explore and evaluate new social platforms, tools, services and vendors and provide recommendations.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing.

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or equivalent preferred.

  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing. Agency experience is a plus.

  • A solid understanding of and actively engaged in using social media platforms (i.e.Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat etc.)

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the principles of advertising, marketing and digital media.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Collaborative team-player.

  • Strategic thinker willing to push the envelope and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate obstacles and also quickly generate alternate solutions/ideas and change course as needed.

  • Entrepreneurial - able to deal with ambiguity and work with little or no direction.

  • Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented.

  • Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities and multiple projects.

  • Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach; personable and flexible with demands and changes in business.

  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Google, Dropbox, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Facebook Business Manager and web analytic tools.
