marketing manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated marketing manager to focus on fashion, lifestyle, and consumer goods clients. The individual must be highly creative, analytical, a strong writer, takes initiative, detailed oriented and a persistent drive for success. An ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing including social media, email marketing, e-commerce and paid media.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Identify monthly marketing needs for clients and develop a 360 marketing plan and a calendar.

  • Project manage multi-functional teammates to ensure all deadlines are met, anticipating problems and solving them both internally and with clients.

  • Lead conversation to regularly inspire innovation from both agency and clients.

  • Manage monthly content and production calendar for all marketing efforts, keeping all involved accountable and on track.

  • Facilitate weekly project status and planning meetings with account and creative team and report to the agency director.

  • Lead projects from big to small, both internally and with external partners.

  • Manage campaigns across owned, earned, community, and media channels. (eg. facebook, google, display and email campaigns)

  • Create reports for media spend and performance and strategize to meet each client’s business goals.

  • Lead events and experiential moments as needed.

  • Own day-to-day execution of email marketing campaigns; including creative briefing, planning, feedback process, production, audience definition, asset delivery, QA, deployment and reporting.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing. Agency experience is a huge plus.

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or equivalent preferred.

  • A solid understanding of and active engagement in social media platforms (i.e.Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat etc.)

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the principles of advertising, marketing and digital media.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Google, Dropbox, Airtable, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Facebook Business Manager and web analytic tools.
