junior designer
Position Summary:
We are looking for a graphic designer to join our female-led team. We are interested in creatives who want the opportunity to work and learn within a fast-paced environment. Experience in print and digital media is required, with working alongside marketing team’s on campaigns a huge plus. This role will be responsible for creating visual assets, both print and digital, for initiatives across business channels (web, social, email etc).
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
Create visual assets for social media channels, web and email campaigns.
Contribute fresh, innovative ideas and graphic solutions
Participate in brand development projects including web, packaging, logo, brand book designs
Create conversion drive email marketing campaigns on a weekly basis.
Assist both marketing and creative teams with various tasks as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
Great taste with an exceptional eye for detail. Must be able to proof one’s own work and catch errors.
Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities and multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Accepts and provides constructive feedback.
Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach; personable and flexible with demands and changes in business.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Eagerness to learn new techniques.
Strategic thinker willing to push the envelope and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
Multi-disciplinary design portfolio
Experience in UI/UX and Motion is a huge plus
Knowledge and understanding of creative content for social platforms
Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Keynote and Figma.
